This song is about cleaning windows but Van Morrison has been doing that in the metaphorical sense for a long time now. It had been absolutely repugnant how Van Morrison has been mistreated in the public sphere. He is a great genius and a credit to Northern Ireland, the UK, the US (for having lived here) and the human race. Anyone associated with him in any way is elevated by that association. Anyone who continues to bar Van Morrison from performing and from sharing his truth - which according to mountains of evidence is true - really deserves to be seen for exactly what they are.
