Astrology Report: An alignment between the Moon and Uranus can bring an itch for change

The following is shared from cafeastrology.com

Friday, JUNE 24

The Moon spends the day in deliberate, steady Taurus. However, as the day advances, the Moon’s alignment with Uranus suggests an itch for change.

As well, we can become wound up relatively easily with Mercury moving into a minor challenging aspect to Pluto. Mental tension is possible now, ideally motivating us to handle problem areas. We can have a slightly suspicious way of looking at how things work. If others are not agreeing or adopting our ideas, we may take this as a personal affront. Instead of getting where we want to go directly, we could take a roundabout route and manipulate others. Some irritability is likely as we sort things out.

On tonight’s stream I’d like to look at Koand’s placement of Venus. The chart above is the synastry between Koand and Tanster. Let’s look into what we can find. The hyperlinks show the origin of the information. I can’t verify the integrity of these sites so proceed with caution.

. . .

Venus conjunct other person’s Uranus

This is one indication of a powerful, sudden, and electric attraction. It is often indicative of a situation where one feels “love at first sight”. If you get together, a sexual relationship may begin quickly, before you truly get to know each other. A mutual sharing of unusual interests is indicated. The attraction to and fascination with each other may be erratic or variable; or it may subside as suddenly as it started. It is vital that each gives the other freedom in order for this relationship to work. Attempts to give this relationship too much structure can drive a wedge between the two. It is likely that the Venus person will eventually crave more constancy from the Uranus person than he or she is willing to give.

. . .

Venus opposition other person’s Mars

This is a relationship that is sparked by an irresistible sexual attraction and romantic desire. Your passion and desire for one another will always remain alive. If either of you is prone to possessiveness or jealousy, then you may find yourself feeling very uncomfortable by even subtle indications that you are competing with other suitors.

Synastry: Moon – Uranus Aspects

When the Moon in one person’s chart forms an aspect to another person’s Uranus

When the Moon is conjunct, square, quincunx, or opposition Uranus in synastry, the initial attraction can be exciting in an unconventional way. The Moon person feels a little off-center around the Uranus person, generally in a good way, but it depends greatly on the temperament of the Moon person. The Uranus person somehow enters into the Moon person’s life suddenly, and feelings that are stirred and aroused in Moon can be powerful.

Uranus interchart aspects create an electric chemistry that feels exciting and fascinating, and seem to promise a great time when there is an attraction in place. However, there can be a very unsettled feeling between the two people, and marked periods of vacillation between emotional closeness and emotional distance. The Moon person might complain that when he or she is feeling needy or simply desiring closeness, the Uranus person is absent (either physically or emotionally). The Uranus person might complain that the Moon person is too conservative, too domestic, or too somber at times. If the couple lives together, living arrangements are bound to be unusual, and there can be a marked lack of routine that is most unsettling to the Moon person. Even if this is the only hard aspect of Uranus in synastry, or if the couple has an overall sense of stability with one another, the presence of this aspect in their synastry will show up as a tendency to argue over domestic arrangements and routines, as well as a rollercoaster ride on an emotional level. Rebelliousness, especially on the part of the Uranus individual, with regards to conventional routines or domestic arrangements, as well as emotional intimacy, is a theme in this relationship. If hard interaspects of Uranus with personal planets appear elsewhere, the relationship probably started suddenly and developed quickly. This unexpected or erratic quality re-surfaces throughout the relationship as intermittent periods of nervousness and periodic disruptions.

. . .

When Jupiter squares, quincunxes, or opposes Uranus in synastry, there can be differences in your understanding of freedom in your relationship which can lead to some conflicts. Although your different goals and approach to life can be appealing and intriguing at first, over time, there can be some difficulty finding things in common. There can be some intense periods of restlessness at times when you are unfocused about what to do as a couple. Try to avoid expectations that the other person in your partnership is responsible for your excitement.

Another possibility in this connection is a tendency for one of you to resist taking responsibility or to be typecast as the rebellious or unreliable one in the relationship, which is most often the case with the opposition (the opposition often stimulates projection). This relationship requires that you give one another space and freedom to explore your lives in your own way.

Uranus in General

Uranus is one of the most misunderstood planets in astrology due to its dynamic nature. It doesn’t mean one thing the way that the other planets do, instead it has a vast interpretation ability and may mean something different for every person.

Uranus is essentially “Expect the Unexpected.” Personifying this in a birth chart can be difficult because the question becomes: “what is unexpected about us?”

Typically, Uranus can be understood as the area of life that we want to rebel in. This may come as just being different from our peers in some way. It may also indicate something misunderstood about us– people from the outside simply don’t understand why we are this way.

Uranus rules the sign Aquarius, so we can think about it in terms of some Aquarian energy as well. These differences may come in the form of brilliance, inventions, science, technology, sudden changes, freedom, independence, or originality. You’ll notice many of these are keywords we use to describe Aquarius as well.

Uranus butts against the rules: its position in the natal chart shows us where we play by our own rules or refuse to defer to authority. This authority does not necessarily mean above us– it could be society as a whole or expectations of us.

. . .

Uranus - astrology meaning Uranus is the power of awakening, which often means that there will be some disruption and change. Events under the influence of Uranus are unexpected or unpredictable, forcing us to do things in a new way and face the truth about this or that issue.

In astrology, Venus represents the feminine, sensual nature. In aspect to the Midheaven, Venus shows the extent to which feminine qualities influence your career.

Sometimes, Venus can enhance the Midheaven by providing a sense of aesthetics, talents in politics or negotiations, social skills, or work with a partner or lover. With the more difficult aspects, you may struggle with self-love, personal values, or relationships and find that these things are at odds with your career and image.

. . .

Venus rules love, money, appearances, and in the synastry chart, how one loves. Meanwhile, Chiron is the doorway to one’s deepest wounds and insecurities. So in synastry, these two planets in aspect often indicate pain in love, yet there is also the potential for healing.

Most Venus-Chiron synastry aspects trigger wounds of love for the Chiron person. This means that they will be faced with all the ways they did not receive adequate love as a child and the impact of that absence.

Venus-Chiron aspects also revolve around value, particularly of the self. The Chiron person might struggle to see themselves as valuable, yet they have an opportunity through this synastry aspect to learn what they can value about themselves.

For the Chiron individual, Venus will touch on the pain that they already hold, either from childhood or from previous relationships. This can be immensely triggering for the Chiron individual but offers them an opportunity to heal this long-held pain.

Many astrologers believe that Venus-Chiron aspects are extremely common in the charts of married couples. While I sometimes see these aspects appear for married partners, this is definitely not always the case. In my experience, these aspects can be incredibly painful or healing but don’t necessarily indicate whether or not a relationship will be a success. Much of the outcome will depend on how much work the Chiron person has done and how willing they are to confront their own insecurities.

. . .

When your Vertex is contacted by another person’s planet or point, a fated relationship is indicated. In my article which looked at common Synastry Aspects in the charts of married couples, I noticed the Vertex and/or Anti-Vertex of at least one of the partners was often activated.

Venus- Vertex/Anti-Vertex: This is a prime indicator of a fated, romantic link that will change your life forever. The feelings of love and romance are incredibly strong. The Vertex person finds the Venus person beautiful, charming, and the “man/woman of their dreams.” The love is so strong that separating from one another is incredibly difficult.

. . .

In synastry, Chiron contacts indicate that healing can be achieved through your union. The planet person may (inadvertently) push Chiron’s buttons, or vice-versa, reminding him of past hurts he has been carrying throughout his life. Indeed, Chiron’s energy is both healing, and painful. The Chiron person has the ability to cleanse the planet person’s wound and guide them away from what has been hurting them.

Chiron-Venus: Many astrology websites state this aspect is an indication of “true love”. Harmonious aspects indicate the couple has the ability to heal each other from the pains of previous relationships. This is a strong, loving bond, which serves to cleanse them of past, damaging relationship habits and embrace true love. The planet person is soothing to the Chiron person, while the Chiron person helps the Venus person discover the benefits of a loving relationship. The hard aspects are more difficult to handle. In this case, healing does not come as easily. Together, the couple will have to work through past hurts in order to move forward. They may inadvertently remind each other of past relationship difficulties.
