Friday, JUNE 17
The Moon spends the day in Aquarius, and we’re impartial, kind, and progressive. Transits today facilitate creative interactions. Independence, equality, and freedom are vital to feeling emotionally satisfied right now. We are cooperative and open to change.
With Uranus sextile Juno, this is a good time for friendly energy in our relationships. We can be together and give one another space at the same time, accepting and respecting individuality. Interactions are fresh, progressive, and inspiring.
Still, the Moon’s square to Uranus tonight can stir restless or rebellious feelings. Rules and limitations are harder to accept.

On tonight’s stream, I’d like to look at George Ivan “Van” Morrison’s natal chart and his placement of the Sun in Virgo. This celestial body forms a sort of stellium (a group of “planets”) with the asteroid Juno and the Part of Fortune in Virgo. Let’s break this down:

How does the Sun in Virgo come across?

Sun in Virgo Personality
Satisfaction is not guaranteed for the sixth sign of the zodiac. Virgos hold everything (and everyone) in their lives to the highest standard. However, to expect only tough love or indifference from a Virgo would be a mistake. Virgos want the very best for their loved ones and can be nurturing in their own way.
Positive Traits
The vast intellectual prowess of Mercury is grounded in Virgo, producing an individual with such a perfecting work ethic that little is out of reach. Virgo is the (wo)man with the plan, constantly using their analytical abilities to solve problems others haven't even thought of.
Negative Traits
Virgos nit-picks on an Olympic level, but they don't necessarily express their discontent and may unfairly expect others to do better without prompting. They have very little patience for whatever they consider imperfect. Few work harder than Virgo, but even fewer are more self-doubting.
I must show an interesting pattern from my chart. I have the Sun and Mercury in the 7th house of partnership and enemies associated with Libra. The constellation represented there is Scorpio which is very connected to secrets, sex and the grasping for power. Mercury is associated with communication/media and it rules Virgo. Koand and George Ivan Morrison show Sun in Virgo. The person who set me on a path of revolt and anger - many years ago - towards the “elites” because of his abusive ways and severe narcissism was a tv big shot who I felt treated me monstrously and he just so happened to have been born in September - his Sun was also in Virgo.
This is that mystery person’s chart but I don’t have the birth time so the houses etc. are not necessarily correct.
Both Koand and George Ivan’s charts show Juno and the Sun in Virgo.

How does Juno in Virgo come across?

Maidens who have the influence of Juno will look for a partner who desires to create a long-term relationship with them.

Someone who will develop a commitment that is supportive, structured, and steady can be their soulmate. They expect them capable of healing their wounds and will also help them in healing their wounded past.
With regards to loyalty and virtue, they want nothing but the best. They are the perfect partner for someone who can appreciate their efforts in keeping the bond strong in their relationship. They will never hesitate to invest in things that will keep their relationship vibrant and long-lasting.
Conclusion
Juno in Virgo people are drawn to people who can meet their high standards. They want someone clever, reliable, neat, and well-organized.
It will be difficult for them to be committed to a relationship if their partner doesn’t have these traits. They can be a perfectionist and expect that their partner will also be organized, hard-working, and ambitious.

What about Part of Fortune in Virgo?
Many of Virgo’s qualities are enhanced when this sign graces the Part of Fortune. IF there were many positive experiences in childhood, a stronger sense of solidarity is expected when they are older, where the person is finally capable of putting themselves in others’ shoes, with more chances of seeing life under the light of humility and service.
They are almost never idle, being constantly productive in work and other occupations, which are attitudes that can bring personal contentment. There’s potential for a natural desire to feel clean and pure. Their relationship with order also has the potential to bring much satisfaction. With this positioning, the individual could have a better understanding of the importance of details and that small things, when accumulated, can become a burden along the way.
There could also be a natural need to better yourself in all you do, as well as seeing your surroundings in order, taking care of the details and feeling part of a perfection which is greater than yourself. You are also capable of finding great pleasure in looking after your health, yourself and the world as a whole.
The power of work and the willingness to perform helpful roles is a tendency. However, when there’s tension in the positioning or excessive demands early in life, with lack of support and understanding, the fear of making a mistake or being unable to fulfill a certain task could emerge. Excessive demands and rigid rules of conduct can generate a mental fatigue and impressions which follow the individual all through their lives. Such tension, if present, can make the individual have a stronger need for approval, a fear of not being good enough and to feel bad when disappointing others.
Within that context, they can develop an excessive perfectionism, where they feel as if they always need to give the best of themselves, expecting nothing in return (and this includes suffocating their feelings, since they can also feel like they can’t show weakness or become a burden to others).
It is all a question of making adjustments. The first step is to identify if these feelings are present and later heal the negative impressions they could have about themselves, transforming their pattern of subservience into positive self-sufficiency. This can offer them more self-esteem and help them achieve their full potential, becoming a more productive person, capable of helping those in need. This can be achieved through therapy or insights obtained through self-discovery and self-analysis.
Cultivate discernment, analysis and tolerance. You are probably a lot happier when everything is in order, as seeing everything in the most perfect order promises great joy to you.

The 4th House:
The 4th house in astrology is the house of home and family. It corresponds to the sign of Cancer and the moon. This house is angular and thus concerns aspects of our identity, in this case, the sense of identity derived through our family roots and tribal affiliations. This house represents our inner world and the sanctuary to which we withdraw from the public realm of the 10th house. The 4th house is also associated with retirement and domestic life in general. Studying the 4th house placements and that of the moon can reveal something about the nature of our childhood and our relationship with the mother or maternal figures. Additionally, the 4th house relates to our subconscious needs and our survival instincts. It encompasses our sense of patriotism and loyalty to our group, be it family, a sports team, homeland or fan club.
The Sun in Astrology:
In astrology, the sun represents our vitality, our willpower, core self and conscious ego. The sun is the largest of all the celestial bodies and is the center around which all other planets and luminaries revolve. For this reason, it holds the most significance in a person’s astrology chart and forms the basis of who we are and what we are learning to become as a person. The sun contrasts with the moon in that it represents the more conscious and rational part of our mind. The moon, on the other hand, encompasses the subconscious reactions, impressions and emotions that operate in the background of our psyche.
Sun in the 4th House Natal:
The Sun in the 4th house is a placement that cultivates an individual who seeks to distinguish themselves through the sphere of the 4th house. It can manifest a love of the homelife as a basis for one’s sense of identity. There is a penchant for having a special pride in family and ancestry and playing a central role in the management of domestic affairs. In astrology, the sun represents our basic drives, our vitality, the conscious ego and the core basis of our identity. Those who have the sun residing in the 4th house in the birth chart will have a special focus on their inner life and how their thoughts and past experiences shape who they are.
There is a certain domesticity to their nature that always wants to return to the place they call home. They are likely to pride themselves on their capabilities as a provider or at least the way they manage their homes. On the other hand, this placement can foster an interest in real estate and home improvement. Whatever sign happens to occupy this house can indicate in what capacity such a person likes to be handy within the home. They may favor construction and carpentry projects or prefer the more culinary and housekeeping side of managing the home.
. . .
Juno in the 4th House: This person can be married to their home. Juno in the 4th house can also indicate a need for a partner who is attached to the domestic environment. Another possibility is that you become more of a domestic type after marriage.

If you have Part of Fortune in the fifth house in your birth chart, you enjoy creating. You express this through a particular talent or simply as a way of life. You personally identify with everything you create.
Not only is everything you make a product of yourself, but you also become the product with everything you do.
You have the great ability to realize your dreams, which is much of your own doing through your willpower. You get to know yourself through everything you do.
Since your Part of Fortune is in the fifth house of your birth chart, the 11th house is the opposite house. Through the 11th house, you see the ideal reality from which you must create. You also see the illusions and fantasies of other people. However, if these ideals are too scattered and do not inspire you, then your ability to create diminishes.
Since your friendships can give life to your hopes, dreams and wishes, and push you into the realm of creative imagination, it is important that you know how to choose your friends, as they are the source of the creation or destruction of your inspiration and imagination. And you need inspiration and imagination to feel like an individual being.
At the same time you must take them in a detached way and see your dreams as a collection of symbols of the universal unconscious, without dispersing your creative process, or identifying with these dreams unless they fit within a creative project.
You must realize that all creation is one percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent effort, and also that there is a great difference between knowing what one can do and really putting it into practice. You will only know yourself through what you do, not what you think.
Regarding your friends, you have a strong idealism, but you must remain impartial understanding the concept of not being involved. The more you talk about everything you can do, the less energy you have at your disposal.
Your greatest happiness comes from being deeply and intensely involved in everything you are capable of creating. Sometimes this satisfaction comes from a single brilliant creation, whether in the arts, the theater, or through a very special child.
Sometimes you absorb dreams from other people, those dreams that they don’t know how to use. You must examine these, and apply them to what you have learned through your creation. You should not try to instill the will to create on those who only talk about it, because then you lose your own will.
You like to enjoy all the good things in the world, although you have to learn the difference between inner and outer richness, to give more importance to your inner fulfillment than to the outer one.

What about Juno Conjunct the Sun?
There will be a tendency to attract showy, dramatic, Leo types of partners. Conversely, this person could themselves become more showy and dramatic after marriage. The harmonious aspects (conjunction, sextile, and trine) can act in a similar fashion to Venus. They increase the charm and social graces to a degree. But Juno goes further. It can give one an air of innocence. We like people with Venus in conjunction the Sun because they are charming. Those with Juno in harmonious aspect to the Sun are liked because they are “cute.” The stressful aspects, however, are indicators of ego conflicts with partners. Frequently, there are big problems with getting and holding on to a partner. In many cases, there is no desire to have a partner at all. Demetra George in her excellent book Asteroid Goddesses quotes Gloria Steinhem’s famous answer to the question “Why didn’t you ever get married?” Steinhem (who has the Sun in Aries square Juno in Capricorn) replied, “I don’t mate well in captivity.”
