Dr. Reiner Fuellmich inquest: Restaurateur Tony Roman absolutely refuses to tolerate tyranny.

Lawyers Dr. Reiner Fuellmich and Viviane Fischer conducted an extra parliamentary process where numerous lawyers and experts from around the world were called to discuss the sudden loss of human rights in their nations and what they are going to do to fight for real democracy and justice.

Today, we are considering the testimony of Restauranteur Tony Roman of Basilico’s Pasta e Vino Restaurant in California. He has taken a stand by keeping his restaurant open throughout the rampant violations of our rights campaign that has been warring on us relentlessly.

Tony Roman expresses how his opponents seem afraid of him. What would it feel like to be a bought or blackmailed public official with no public mandate whatsoever following orders from elsewhere, obeying orders to torment and abuse the public through a sneaky war of attrition? How would you feel if that were your job? The public obviously views any such individual as a traitor. I imagine the humiliation and fear must be unbearable. Every day more members of the public are waking up to the barrage of lies that have been used to subjugate them. People all over the globe are extremely furious right now.

Every action has an equal and opposite reaction. Abusers can not perpetually abuse, exploit and harm without it returning to them. I’ve unfortunately known many abusers and all of them ended up in very tragic straits.

I am so inspired by Tony Roman. I’m of Italian origin as is the Hero of this project - Napoleon. Some use their Italian power for ill and some of us use it for GOOD. Justice Antonin Scalia who lost his life obviously from an act of murder was another inspiring warrior who fought FOR humanity. We need all our paisons to do what they know they must.

I want to fight them every chance I get.

I want to fight them every chance I get.

To expose the origins of the not so hidden sneaky dictatorship attacking us, allow me to suggest listening to REAL HISTORY. To watch this man of courage, Tony Roman, speak start the video at around 0:01:50. I transcribed a summary of the dialogue below. There’s a lot more information available if you want to watch the video and it is well worth your time.

Dr. Reiner Fuellmich: You have said Tony that you are not one to pick fights but you are standing your ground. How do people react to this? How do the patrons react to this?

Tony Roman: You’d be surprised how many times people walk in there in tears. It’s amazing what it represents to them. LIke I was explaining before off air. The difference is that we never made it about our business. It was about what it represents. They see our restaurant not only as good food but they see it as something that represents what they believe in. When you walk in there, you feel it immediately. You feel a patriotism. You feel the strength and the courage among my team. The people feel like we’re speaking for them. I didn’t realize that at first. I took a stand because like I said I didn’t feel upset that I was being put in a position where I had to fight these people. I felt so blessed and excited that I got to go into battle with these people. That I got to expose them and go to war with them. I’m not in the military but this is my opportunity. I’ve always said that I think that in other wars, it’s always the soldiers who go off and fight. In this war, the mini tyrants and their gestapo, their mini gestapo have targeted businesses as the enemy. It’s the obligation of businesses to be the soldiers in this war. I have people, veterans of wars that come in all the time and say what we are doing is just as important, even more important than what they’re doing overseas because we’re fighting the enemy within. We’re fighting the domestic enemy. Which is even worse, it’s the snake in the door. So when I say, “Make no compromise. Stand your ground. Don’t give an inch. They’ll take a hundred miles.” That’s exactly why. It’s because so many people fell asleep at the wheel, taking our freedoms for granted and pursuing their selfish interests and as the enemy continues to conquer more and more ground of freedom. You look the other way, “It’s just a small thing. It’s just a small thing. It’s just a small thing.” Until one day you wake up and you surrender without even realizing it. You’re now self imprisoned. You say, “What just happened?” I went to a meeting where people were contesting these vaccine passports in Orange Country, California which is our backyard and I looked around at the crowd. Somebody said, “Wow, look at this crowd. Look how big it is.” I said, “Everyone here should blame themselves for even having to be here on a Tuesday. Because they allowed these people to encroach on their freedoms for so long and now they have to fight.” That’s why we took a hard stand at the beginning. Ban the masks too. The masks represent the lockdown. The masks to me were the greatest weapon of all that they used. The masks now have turned into vaccines. Do you think if people had done what we have done, ban them. If they had done that, these enemies of freedom would never have had courage for a second to think that they could then try to push for vaccines. They would’ve thought, “No way. They won’t even wear masks.” So you will see when people try to walk in with masks. You will see “The Show” as we call it. I’ve had members of my own staff throw their own mothers out if they wear masks. Seriously, two guys have thrown their own mothers out of there that thought they could get away with, “Oh, it’s okay, I’m the mother of one of the kids that works there.” “No”, they’ll stop them at the door themselves: “Mom you can’t come in, sorry. Take off the mask.” That’s how you have to be. No compromise at all. Zero. You can’t give them any ground - at all - when they come at you punch them in the face with your actions so hard where they walk away bloodied in the fight. I say that even when you go into a store you see people already reaching for the mask in their pockets before they’re even asked. So they’re waving the white flag of surrender before they even walk into a business. You have to walk in there and make them fight you so hard, you need to make them tackle you to the ground to the point when the struggle’s over they walk away feeling bloodied by the fight. And hobbled and they say to themselves, “I’m never going to do that again. In fact, if this is part of my job description here, I’m going to quit. I’m not going to work here anymore.” We have to wear them down. You mentioned earlier you had a guest earlier who said that he’s depressed or tired or worn out. There’s a saying. There’s an NFL Football coach who said, “Fatigue makes cowards of us all.” Basically what he means is that, everyone is a tough guy until he gets fatigued by the fight. That’s when the fear starts to creep in. So you must prepared yourself for optimal health. Meaning mental, physical, spiritual, socially too. Then are you going to be in the condition to impose your will on the opponent. So you have to maintain your health. You have to maintain, like I said, all four of those. Then you’ll be ready to fight. So when they come in and ask me, “Tony, how are you feeling? Are you okay? Hey, Tony, I know you’ve been through a lot.” I actually get offended because I’m not going through a lot. I’m making them go through a lot. I’m wearing them down. Actually I think I told you this last time I was on with you that. They don’t fight me hard and they back off. After a while, I get bored. I want to fight them every chance I get.

Dr. Reiner Fuellmich: That is the only way to go. Slightly different words. This is precisely what a Rabbi from New Jersey told us and this is precisely what a holocaust survivor by the name of Vera Sharav told us. “Do not give them an inch.” Because once you do that, it’s like caving in. You’re giving up almost. You think maybe this is just a little something that is not really going to bother me. No, there is no basis for this. We must not let them encroach on your rights in any way. Perfect.

Tony Roman: If the mask had come off the first day, the whole thing would’ve gone away. The mask is the whole thing. We won’t even let people walk to the door. We tell them to take it off. Even if it’s hanging off their ear, we tell them to take it off. If they hold it in their hand, we say that’s not good enough. Stick it in your pocket or throw it in the trash. We don’t want to see it. It’s an insult to me. People are surrendering before they are even asked. I’m now especially challenging men. Men are meant to lead. Their families. People who are weaker than them are depending on them to lead especially in times of chaos. So many men. I just can’t believe what I’m seeing. I think it’s not too late but they need to stand up right now. And when you, when the fight comes and you need to step in the ring, round one. The first punches are the ones that really count. I think when this first happened, people wanted to see what the United States was going to do in this fight between good vs. evil. I don’t know if this is true but I feel this way, you being in Germany, that we in America were supposed to fight for freedom and we have failed miserably. I can’t believe it. It’s so disappointing to me. We discussed the Berlin Wall earlier. It kind of felt like that. The Berlin Wall is coming down you said. When that wall was coming down, did those people think to themselves, “Why did we wait thirty years? Why didn’t we fight the very first day? So we didn’t have to endure any of this?” I studied it. Krushchev when he was considering building the wall, he was basically hesitant. He feared there would be huge western pushback. There would be retaliation. Then he saw, there was an interview with John F. Kennedy at the time. At an interview, Kennedy said that he would not actively oppose a wall. So Krushchev was emboldened. The point is STAND UP. We need to bully them. That’s it. People have surrendered so easily. We need to make them feel the fear. There’s more of us than there is of them. Next time, don’t be so selfish and only think about yourself. Think about your country and stand up. Stand up for your country.

Dr. Reiner Fuellmich: I do think the tide is turning though. Things will probably happen first in the United States. I know California is a pretty bad place to be right now. I don’t know how far this recall thing has gotten. I know there’s enough signatures. Is it about to happen?

Tony Roman: The problem with that is. The reason all this is happening. I don’t know how things work politically in Germany but I know there’s a lot more parties. We have two: Republican and Democrat, sometimes Independent. The reason why we’re in this mess is that people have sloppily nominated people to run. They choose these people who are all compromised. I hear people praising governors who are Republican and conservative. I don’t care about parties just to be clear. They are thanking these governors for giving back their freedoms piecemeal like they have Stockholm Syndrome. “Thank you. Thank you.” Wait a minute, these people locked you up. They should be thrown in jail. These are traitors. So I think even there’s a governor in Florida and people are praising him. He locked down his state too. They’re nominating candidates right now who are all compromised. People who are too soft. People who have locked down their own cities. The “saviors”. This just disgusts me because every one is going to end up exactly where they are now. When you say things like people are fighting now. The damage has been done. A lot of damage. If they want to fight now, they can get some practice in for the next round. Next time, hopefully, they do what I ask and step up on the first day.

Viviane Fischer: But at the same time here we see a lot of people coming out now. Some German actors came out doing an ironic bit about now the measures should last forever. That caused a lot of discussion in society. Basically, the government got very upset about it and the media. It was some really famous actors among them and it really inspired a reaction to that. We just had an interview with a whistleblower. He decided to come out with his name and face out there. He gave evidence about the situation in the hospitals. There’s more and more people coming out now with full face. So I think it’s a good development.

Dr. Reiner Fuellmich: A young doctor, a neurosurgeon, he had a choice. He could’ve just given us just an interview with a distorted voice and behind a shield so people wouldn’t be able to recognize him. He said, “No, I want to take a stand.” That’s what it’s all about. That’s what you’re doing. That’s what he’s doing.

Tony Roman: Next time they do this again. And they will do this again. They need to take a pledge to stand up right away and not wait until a year later. They need to do it on day one and not wait. They’ve already moved into your house, taken your lunch. They said: “I took what I wanted from your refrigerator. I slept in your bed and I’ve already left and I’ll do it again because I know you’re not going to stop me.” So next time these people who are suddenly brave. They better do it next time on day one. When they are taking incoming fire from everywhere. The police came to my business and we wouldn’t let them in. You need to fight when the consequences are huge not when the consequences are small. It’s not a fight unless there’s consequences. It’s a bigger fight when the consequences are severe consequences. That’s when they know that you’re not afraid. They have a huge hammer hanging over your head and you still say, “Bring it!” Then they’re in for a fight. Not when it’s almost over. That’s all I’m saying.

Viviane Fischer: We get approached a lot in the street because they watch the videos. A lady in the street said, “I want to thank you. You’ve been the light in my darkness. Thanks so much for your courage.” It’s not a question of being courageous. We just have to do it because it’s the right thing. I didn’t have to overcome a feeling of fear, o now I have to be courageous. It’s the natural thing to do because it’s what I had to do.

It does not take a majority to prevail. but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men. Samuel Adams

It does not take a majority to prevail. but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men. Samuel Adams

Dr. Reiner Fuellmich: It’s the right thing to do and it’s the only thing to do.

Tony Roman: You feel that way because you love your country and you love your freedom. I tell people when you make your fight bigger than yourself, you’re going to find courage. If you’re in the middle of an ocean in a boat and someone tells you to jump in and the water’s shark infested you probably won’t. But if your child falls in you’re going to jump in immediately and not even think about it. Because it’s bigger than you. If you make things bigger than yourself, you’ll find the courage. You can’t manufacture that kind of feeling. It has to be natural. You have to have the love for your freedom and your country. Then it will be instinctive. Otherwise you’re just trying to talk yourself into it. Don’t play their game. You have to do it fully. You have to make sacrifices. I feel God is on our side. Evil is on their side and that emboldens me.
Dr. Reiner Fuellmich: There is no doubt about that. This is going to be an avalanche that no one can stop.

Tony Roman: Victory is ours. God bless you. God bless our countries and God bless America.
