We’ve been on to this “fact checker” game for quite some time now. Who pays for all these characters? I think law suits are our way out. Questions are their kryptonite. I hope Van Morrison sues them. He can prove big damages. The other side is only giving copious amounts of evidence supporting every single word of his last amazing album - and the bonus protest songs - true. He has a massive case for defamation and the intentional infliction of emotional distress. It’s a cartel monopoly situation. I’m living proof of that. Not okay!

8. Ct-Zyclen
The Tribunal da Relação de Lisboa is a Portuguese court of appeal (equivalent of a Higher Administrative Court), based in Lisbon, announced that on 11.11.2020 its decision (file number 1783 / 20.7T8PDL.L1-3) on a first instance judgment and stated that PCR tests had no basis for the determination of Infections and subsequent deprivation of liberty (habeas corpus) (see above, Appendices K 8 a and b).
B. Legal situation regarding revocation, application for a declaration and monetary compensation.
The statements of the defendant are (deliberately) wrong and injure the honor and the creditworthiness of the plaintiff. They are illegal and should therefore not be used. They only serve to belittle the plaintiff in public opinion. Such statements are not covered by the fundamental right to freedom of expression and freedom of the press. They are used here solely to discredit a personality. A factual reference point for this statement is missing. The plaintiff is entitled to a right of revocation, since the factual allegations mentioned in Claim 1 and Claim 2 are demonstrably untrue statements. Alternatively, we request a correction. The revocation is necessary in order to compensate and eliminate the lasting damage to the reputation of the plaintiff. The plaintiff continues to suffer material damage from this article. The plaintiff is still entitled to monetary compensation. In particular, the designation as "liar" and "climate denier" represent a further serious violation.
