My problems have taught me more than what I’ve been given easily.
I’ll give examples: Van Morrison said he wouldn’t be doing his protest work, if “they” hadn’t shut down his touring. I’ll tell you out right, this project would probably not exist if “they” would’ve allowed me to do my Napoleon work honestly and openly and in a profitable and fair manner. “They” pushed us into our most interesting work.
I also probably would not have had to figure out money if I hadn’t been tricked into indentured servitude with that massive college loan. If justice hadn’t been subverted, a massive coalition of lawyers wouldn’t have had a reason to unite to restore it.
I would not understand the abusive and manipulative had I not been so often abused and manipulated. I’ve found that there are marked benefits to hardships. Our own suffering can be our friend and it can be a source of power, if we know how to use it.
