When I’m talking about astrology, we go into terms of art. The planets are symbols or representatives of certain energies. Such as that person you like or dislike has certain qualities and you feel a certain way in their presence. We can recognize that they have strengths and weakness and we take it all in totality. Likewise in astrology the planets have personalities.
Lets look at the symbol or the glyph of the Moon and let’s find out what she’s like. All of astrology is driven between the interplay of the personalities of the planets. One must get to know these personalities in order to move forward with this study. Yesterday was a new moon, by the way, and that can be seen as a fresh start at its most basic meaning.

I plan to attempt to show that my chart really is a reflection of me. I’m pretty out there so my chart would have to reflect that. The question we are pondering: is this mumbo jumbo or what?
I have pointed out the two most important planetary placements in my chart: the Sun and the Moon. My Sun is in Scorpio, Moon in Pisces. Most of my life I have been a doormat, terrified to engender disapproval from ANYONE. This is a direct result of my terrifyingly abusive childhood which left me debilitated with post traumatic stress disorder. I also came out of childhood sick with severe sinusitis to the point of being nonfunctional. It’s hard to write but it’s true.
My Sun in Scorpio would say who I really have been this whole time. Scorpio is about life and death and transformation and plumbing the depths. It’s a courageous sign that is willing to face any challenge. If I am still standing, it is only because I have taken many, many “trips to hell” and I have come back stronger. That’s a lot of what I’m talking about when I say this project is a hero’s journey.
Now for the Moon in Pisces - there you might find a dreamy doormat. My emotions have been way beyond what I could handle physically. Even now my grief over the amount of child abuse that is obviously occurring these days weighs me down. However, an empathic nature can be a strength because sometimes great Intuition is its accompaniment.
