When Napoleon was about to meet his second wife, he wanted to look his best. His sister had a leading tailor make Napoleon an exquisite suit of the latest fashion. He tried it on but it just didn’t feel like him. Napoleon just had to be wearing a military uniform.
I plan to make clothes inspired by the various gorgeous uniforms that Napoleon wore.
The first is intended to be the General’s uniform from his campaigns in Italy and Egypt.
I’m starting by engineering a corset.
