The man in the video, Doc Marquis, makes a vigorous argument that the Protocols were the work of the “Illuminati” and that “Jews” were falsely claimed as culprits. He’s basically just describing the main Sabbatean Frankist modus operandi. They do evil and blame it on the innocent.
