There are a class of people who do whatever they want - to the point of performing experiments on children - and they don’t have to be afraid of getting caught because they are already in charge of the architecture of society. So there are no rules or laws for them EFFECTIVELY. There is no way to protect children from them. The authorities and the entire media, up to and including YouTube, Reddit and discord shills appear to be in on it.
