Controlled opposition is media that pretends to be on the side of sincere people when it is not. They do this to control the narrative and to slip in lies that serve them. It’s a means of how the power elite maintain control through manipulation of the minds of the masses.
Have you noticed how the Republicans seem to advocate for the interests of the people and then they do exactly whatever the oligarchs want? Have you noticed how Fox News acts like they are on the side the Resistance? In reality these entities are under the control of those who more than likely do not care about the freedom and rights and wellbeing of the rest of us. Their actions show this.
We have learned that these practices extend to YouTube. For some time, we have already recognized that the larger “Truth” channels were controlled and that we should be suspicious of lies they may mix in with the Truth they show us. Now we are realizing that this control extends even to the smallest channels. Even channels that are frequently “censored”.
Controlled opposition agents show us actual Truth to gain our trust so that they can then deceive and manipulate and direct us later on.
It would be a shame to miss out on any real Truth being exposed. I believe these controlled opposition channels have access to information and staff that us regular people do not have.
From now on when I post content from YouTube (if it’s notable) I will give my level of trust in that creator based on their congruence, their stated alliances and so on. I do not know who is sincere and who is an infiltrator for sure. This is a fluid thing that changes as new data comes in for me. I can get tricked just like anyone else. My goal here is to be transparent with my opinions. If I post something here, I obviously consider the content itself to be at least mostly trustworthy.
I am right now posting the video of a creator that I don’t trust but I feel the information speaks for itself. That would probably be the main instance where I would post a creator I don’t trust. If I feel this way, I’ll let you know. If I ever have a smoking gun on why I think this creator is untrustworthy for sure, I’ll show it to you. I recently did this in the case Truthful Spirit- Blue Heron (formerly Jeremiah Weeps). I had no reason to question her intentions until all this surprising hostility came from her direction as a result of me sharing her video on this site.
Hegel looks very unhappy. Is that because he knew how narcissists would one day come to use his information to mislead the public?
